It is expected that several large-scale projects in Kyiv will be commissioned in late 2020-2021, including Sky Towers at 13 Peremohy Avenue (GLA: ~ 150 000 m²). Local developers are showing a lot of interest in the market.
At the beginning of the year, several office buildings located in the Central Business District of Kyiv were sold, signifying the revival of the real estate market. Currently, the market is slowly shifting from benefiting tenants towards favouring the landlords. Tenants, nevertheless, are quite active and ready for expansions and relocations.
