Colliers has been appointed as a sole advisor for the sale of the iconic residential project, Liora Estepona by Pininfarina

· The legendary Italian studio, creator of design icons such as the Ferrari Testarossa, enters the Spanish residential market in collaboration with Excem Real Estate
·  Liora, with its impressive biophilic architecture project, will offer 37 fully customized High-End apartments from 1.5 million euros.

 

The Residential Sales Advisory division of Colliers International has been appointed by Excem Real Estate and Pininfarina as the exclusive advisor for the sale of the most emblematic residential project on the Costa del Sol, Liora Estepona de Pininfarina.

Pininfarina enters the Spanish High-End Residential market by means of an innovative project with spectacular design based on the principles of biophilic architecture and home automation. Excem Real Estate, a prestigious national developer that has consolidated its presence in this segment of the market, will be in charge of the project, offering 37 intelligent houses with an area ranging from 250 to 700 sq.m. and to be sold from 1.5 million euros.

 

The imposing building will be located in a magnificent botanical garden of more than 15,000 sq m. Each of the apartments will feature qualities that are highly demanded by the High-End home buyers, such as spacious area with ceilings of up to 6 meters, terraces with hanging gardens or a revolutionary “concierge” service. The common areas are one of the main attractions of the project, with an infinity pool integrated into the atrium and the roof of the building, the private club with the culinary area or the wellness area. Furthermore, Liora will provide adequate facilities for smart-working in common areas, which will facilitate the creation of community, responding prematurely to emerging trend in the market to be consolidated in the coming years, placing Estepona as a privileged destination of residence and work.

Mikel Echavarren is CEO of Colliers International Spain. He was President and CEO of irea since its foundation in 2002 until March 2018, when irea joined Colliers International. Prior to joining irea, Mikel was a partner in the Spain and Portugal real estate corporate finance division of Arthur Andersen.
