Professional Summary

I joined Colliers International UK in Sept 2016 as a Director and to head up the Manchester, Industrial & Logistics team, which consists of 4 people.

I will be working on various projects for clients such as Asda, Stoford Developments, Wilson Bowden, IDI Gazeley, Seddon Developments, Valad, Peel Holdings, Threadneedle, Whistl and Orbit Developments to name a few.

I have of over 15 years experience in the Industrial Agency market and previously worked in the industrial agency teams of Matthews & Goodman,  Knight Frank and Lambert Smith Hampton in their Manchester Offices.

 

 

Accomplishments

My accomplishements to date are as follows:-

Acting on Behalf of Renold Plc I let 148,000 sq.ft at their Bredbury manufacturing plant to Chilli Apparell, which helped reduce their liabilities considerably has they still had c. 15 years remaining on the lease.

Acting on behalf of Lancashire County Council I let 168,000 sq.ft of brand new warehouse space at Lancashire Business Park, Leyland to Accroll Papers Ltd for a 10 year period, which brought in a nu,ber of jobs and investment into the area.

Acting on behalf of Clothing Sites.co.uk an online mens clothing retailer I acquired 66,000 sq.ft at Roundthorn Central, Roundthorn Industrial Estate, Wythenshawe on  a 10 year lease.
