Professional Summary
Kate is our UK Head of Operations, in her role she concentrates on providing the correct tools and ensuring that the best processes are in place to support Colliers’ client facing teams to be as effective as possible, as well as exploring wider opportunities for future planning and strategic growth.
Prior to joining Colliers Kate spent three years heading up the business development and operational change functions at Bruntwood, the £100m turnover family-owned commercial property company based in the north of England. Having started her career in consultancy, Kate also spent a number of years promoting Manchester on behalf of MIDAS, the city’s inward investment agency.

Successful implementation of 550+ user Salesforce rollout in the UK and France.
Establishment of the Business Development team within the Colliers Business Rates team winning 500+ nmew clients and worth over £50m worth of Rateable value.
Contributing to the best year for lettings at Bruntwood (2012).
Contribution to the creation and retention of 3,500+ jobs annually within the Greater Manchester area.
£5m immediate savings as part of the purchase to pay (P2P) process review whilst at Enterprise Plc.

As Facilities Director for the UK operation, Chris sets the strategic and tactical direction of the department, providing a quality, pro-active service. Chris is responsible for the Facilities budget creation and budget delivery covering all soft and hard FM tasks.
Danielle is a Project Manager in the Operations Team and a Lead Admin in the National Offices team. Her role is to support the COO, Kate Morgan, in providing the correct tools and efficient processes for the UK business. Her role also includes building further functionalities in our Salesforce system, training the business on any improvements to the systems and rolling out any new platforms that the business utalise.
Prior to working as a Project Manager Danielle focused on the National Offices team ensuring all administration jobs were complete, primarily for the South East team, but also for the wider regional teams. She still is active in this role for the South East team.
