Professional Summary

I have been in the Real Estate industry for 20 + years and was an officer in the British Army with the Gurkhas before that. I enjoy giving a professional service and making my clients look good in front of their boss, shareholders etc. As well as my professional work, my experience in the Army taught me the importance of leadership by example and leading retail teams within the UK has provided me with that opportunity to make a difference. We are a people business and I am happiest talking to clients, understanding their business and how we can help them be more successful.

Booker Cash and Carry - For 9 years I have acted as their main client contact at Colliers providing all estate management services and rent reviews in particular. Recently oversaw the purchase of the Makro business co-ordinating the initial valuation and subsequent assessment of these properties and creating value out of the purchase

Snow'n'Rock - Providing the property valuation and rent review advice in the MBO with LGV. Co-ordinating that advice in a tight time frame for bank funding, provided advice on future rental levels as well as investment sales.

University of Bristol - I provide asset management, rent review, investment and acquistion advice to the University on its estate in Bristol. I have underatken this role for 13 years.
