Testimonials

I have worked with Nick on many occasions over the last few years, where he and his colleagues have provided technical due diligence advice in respect of our acquisitions. Nick has always, and continues to, respond in a timely manner and collaborates well with his colleagues in order to meet our requirements and timeframes across various locations across the country in a proactive manner. Due to our regional requirements being spread throughout the UK, it makes my life a lot easier having one point of contact who I trust. His commercial approach has seen us work together on multiple occasions, and I wouldn’t hesitate to contact Nick for future prospective acquisition surveys, or other building related matters.

Rob Mellor – Pret A Manger

Nick is a professional & approachable property professional. He has always returned my call’s swiftly, and responded to emails within a day. I was particularly impressed with the support received surrounding the compliance aspect of the survey report that Colliers are undertaking as part of the M&A process and the subsequent communication via email and during our site visits.  Nick  is methodical, meticulous, knowledgeable and also very pleasant to engage with.
