Professional Summary
Sara has experience in both client-side and advisory businesses, with a background in valuations, real estate finance, investment strategy, development, asset managment and transactions management. She is a Chartered Surveyor and a Chartered Town Planner.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2016, Sara led the EMEA Credit Risk Review function at GE Capital's €12bn Real Estate business. Sara’s real estate career began at DTZ, where she held roles within the Agency, Development, Valuations and Corporate Finance teams, following a research role in the corporate finance division at Barclays de Zoete Wedd (now Credit Suisse).
Sara has lived and worked in continental Europe and has expertise across all asset classes in European markets.

Vendor due diligence for a £500m FTSE real estate corporate disposal.
