Wayne joined Colliers in October 2018 as the Head of Project Management Hong Kong, and has been involved in the Project Management / Construction industry for 35 years, including over 28 years in the Asia region and has delivered or been responsible for the delivery of projects in Hong Kong, China, Macau, Singapore, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Indonesia, Guam and Australia.
Tommy brings with him more than 15 years of experience in the entire spectrum of project management and delivery, including scheduling, cost and quality control, managing the project team, contractors and suppliers, as well as the day-to-day communications with clients and project stakeholders.
With an exceptionally client-focused mindset, Tommy is one of the most experienced project management specialists with accomplished recognition from clients for the projects he previously delivered.
As a programme manager we create a single point of contact for all activity. We take accountability and ensure that all the work delivered is aligned with client expectation, and the scope of the project.
Our role is to make sure all stakeholders are aligned, projects run on time and the coordination of activity around suppliers is smooth.
