As Managing Director of Colliers International, Rob is responsible for the strategic direction of the Korea business, to lead the growth and diversification initiatives and develop leadership talent. He oversees all service lines as well as shared services including investment sales, office leasing, project management, valuation and advisory, research, marketing and communications, human resources and finance.
Rob is also a member of the Colliers International Asia Leadership team.
Rob has substantial experience executing commercial and industrial real estate transactions of all sizes; ranging from a couple of hundred square feet up to over a million square feet. An experienced real estate professional with a focus on corporate real estate transaction management (commercial and industrial) as well as strategy consulting across the Asia Pacific Region. Rob aims to cultivate long-term client relationships and to become an expert in his clients’ real estate needs and their internal processes. Based in Seoul, but a native of both the UK and Venezuela and with over 20 years’ experience living in Asia, Rob brings to his post a diverse cultural and linguistic background as well as knowledge of Asian markets and business practices.
After graduating from the University of Nottingham with an honour’s degree in Management and Chinese Studies, Rob spent a year in Beijing studying Mandarin at the Beijing Language and Culture University. He continues to persevere with Mandarin as well as with Korean!
Rob is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) and is designated as an Office Specialist, the only one to have this designation in Korea and one of only a handful in the Asia Pacific Region.

He was also the Account Director covering 3M's regional property portfolio for nine years and Nestle's regional portfolio for four years.
Joon Lee has more than 22 years of experience in advisory service and real estate investment and management.
Over 10 years with the local bank, he led more than 1.5 trillion won (1.2 billion USD) worth of both domestic and cross-border investments.
Upon the re-establishment of Colliers International Korea in 2017, Joon was key hire in setting up and heading the business unit. Joon is responsible for providing investment and financial advice, identify unique investment opportunities and successfully negotiate on behalf of our clients.
Prior to joining Colliers, Joon worked for Woori Bank IB for 10 years, responsible for the principal real estate investment and management, loan and project financing, both at home and abroad. He has a broad understanding and experience with the real estate investment finance techniques and structures.
Before joining Woori Bank, Joon worked as the asset manager for 4 years where he was responsible acquisition and management of the real estate properties via REITs and Real Estate Fund.
In his early career, he worked for BHP Korea, a predecessor of Savills, where he conducted research and consultancy, financial analysis and feasibility studies.

Jasmine Ahn is a member of the Capital Markets assisting clients with the acquisition and disposition of commercial investment properties throughout in Korea. Jasmine joined Colliers Korea in 2017. Prior to joining Colliers, Jasmine worked in Valuation and Advisory team supporting valuation services to all institutional / noninstitutional property types in Korea as well as oversees for various purposes, such as, Financial Reporting, Project Finance, Acquisition and Disposal.
