Inga Purtulyte is a Project Manager in Lithuania who joined the company in 2006. From the beginning of the work, Inga has been involved in a series of projects that include territory and building development concept planning and preparation of feasibilities studies.
Since 2010 Inga is also responsible for the sales process coordination of large-scale real estate portfolios. The total volume of real estate sale transactions managed by Inga exceeds 70 mio EUR and include all without exception RE sectors across Lithuania. The largest clients are as follows: SEB bank, bank “Swedbank”, bank Snoras.
In addition, Inga is responsible for the elaboration of marketing strategies and techniques as well as their implementation for the company’s ongoing projects.
