LANDSCAPE VILLAS – HTC 68 T/M 84 (existing buildings)
A Landscape Villa is a state-of-the-art building which provides all of the facilities you require for your daily activities. The building comprises four floors, and it is possible to rent a whole, half or quarter floor. The minimum amount of space available for rent is 100 sq. m. The landscape villas are located centrally on the Campus, close to parking garage P6. On the north side of the villas you have an stunning lake side view, with The Strip and all its facilities in the background.

LANDSCAPE VILLA – HTC 85 (new building)
In the spring of 2021, a new Landscape Villa will be opened on the High Tech Campus in Eindhoven. It is a sustainable and smart office provided with the latest technologies. This Landscape Villa will be located near the water, in the heart of the Campus. The new building is being realized in accordance with the international WELL GOLD certification standard. This means, among other things, strict air exchange requirements and a lighting design that suits an optimal working environment. The possibilities for office space vary from 250 to 2,500 square meter.

The level of outfitting of the office spaces can be adjusted to the wishes of the lessee. Users can determine the carpeting’s and the layout of the office spaces by using partition walls, allowing you to create exciting concepts that are ideally suited to your business profile.

Both employees and visitors can park their car at one of the 10 parking facilities on site. The parking facilities P6 are situated within walking distance of the Landscape Villa’s. For electric cars it is possible to make use of the charging points. In total there are more than 50 charging points on the Campus.

High Tech Campus Eindhoven offers facilities in the form of accommodation as well as facilities for organizations in various businesses, volumes and with specific requirements. Companies within these businesses vary from start-up to multinational companies.

The volumes are available from 25 sq. m. to 10,000+ sq. m. and the specific requirements can vary from regular office space to a cleanroom.

It is already possible to rent an office space at High Tech Campus Eindhoven from € 90.00 per sq. m. Per year excluding service charges.
