Kirill started his career in Real Estate in 2007 as Manager of Real Estate Department in Mirax Group Corporation. Kirill was responsible for sale of real estate, negotiations with key clients, co-investors and owners, worked with clients’ receivables, controlled the customer database as well as was engaged in secondary sales and the real estate market monitoring.
Since 2013 Kirill has worked as a Head of Sales in Barkli Corporation. His key responsibilities included operational management of the Sales team (the use of sales techniques, short-term and medium-term goals setting, performance monitoring, coordination of department’s activities with other divisions of the company), formation of a schedule of cash receipts from customers, planned transactions, payment control.
He was in charge of hiring, supervising and training of the company’s sales managers, developed and implemented pricing policies, market research (segmentation, analysis of competitors, study of the target audience, positioning, tracking new trends), as well as controlled preparation of promotional materials and accounting documentation.
Kirill has a wide experience in sales. For 12 years he realized 10 projects in Mirax Group Corporation and in Barkli Corporation.
