In Q3 2020, two high-quality retail facilities from ADG Group were opened in Moscow and satellite cities – Elbrus (GLA 4,573 sq m) and Budapest (GLA 9,911 sq m). In total, in the first nine months of 2020, six shopping centres with a total leasable area of 298,700 sq m entered the market, which is 69% of the volume of high-quality retail real estate projected for commissioning in 2020. The total supply of high-quality retail space in Moscow and its satellite cities increased to 7,660,000 sq m. In turn, the availability of retail space for Moscow region residents was 604 sq m per 1,000 inhabitants, which is 3.1 times higher than the national average.

The average vacancy rate in the Moscow region was 9.7%, along with a small input in Q3 2020 (GLA 14,484 sq m), which is 1.1 percentage points higher than the same period in 2019.

A large number of projects announced for opening in 2020 are in the neighbourhood format. They account for the largest share of the total number of openings (75%). Regional projects account for 17%, while super regional projects account for 8%.

In the first three quarters of 2020, 15 new international brands debuted on the Russian market, 14 of which were launched via Moscow.

2006-2008: regional analytic in Russian-based development company. Scope of work included retail analysis in Russian cities and preparation of the strategy for land acquisition in regional cities for retail purposes.

2008-2013:  I started as a senior analyst in Jones Lang LaSalle St. Petersburg, created and headed research department, that focused on office, retail and warehouse research. In 2010 - promoted to Associate Director.

Since May 2013 I'm heading newly created Research department in Colliers International St. Petersburg, covering six fields of analysis: retail, office, industrial, elite residential, hotel, and investments.
