Michaela Ochmanova

Michaela is Director for Office Agency in Colliers International – in Slovakia. Her responsibilities include leading of the office agency team and analysis of client’s position, forming of scenarios, presentation of potential office buildings, due diligence, financial analysis, customizing occupancy strategy that considers all potential impacts to the business as well as Workplace Advisory, Test Fits, Design & Build process, i.e. following the full occupancy process communicating with our clients including large corporates such as Microsoft or Schnedier Electric.

Michaela has provided services in the real estate industry for 11 years. Her service expertise was initially gained in specializing in Tenant Representation during this period she was closely co operating with Ernie Himsl. Michaela’s transition to Director position has been quite natural because of the area of expertise and knowledge came wider. Recent tenant representation transactions are relocation / renegotiation and advisory for T-Systems, Schneider Electric, Microsoft, AFS Slovakia, Nokia Slovakia, ATOS and many more.

Michaela has worked also with Telefonica, Softip, BASF, Servier, S&T, Oriflame, L’Oreal, Microsoft, Enel, Bayer, Rittal, Brazil Embassy, Sony, Západoslovenská energetika (EON), and many more.
