Patty has worked in Commercial Property management for over 34 years. Over this extensive period of time, she has had the privilege to manage some of the most prestigious buildings in the region, from an 18 story high rise to the city’s most iconic historic building. Currently Patty manages over 800,000 square feet of office and retail space throughout the Treasure Valley as well as a Federal Courthouse in Montana.
Diana joined the Colliers Real Estate Management division in 2017 and is currently managing over 850,000 square feet of commercial properties. Prior to moving to Idaho, Diana held a California Real Estate License for 25 years while working as a Commercial Property Manager with a portfolio that consisted of retail shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings and medical facilities ranging from Los Angeles to San Diego County.
Nicole is a commercial real estate management professional with over 10 years of experience providing physical and financial management for a variety of property types. In her current role as a Real Estate Manager with Colliers International, she is responsible for handling interior and outdoor areas, overseeing and monitoring repairs, planning preventative maintenance, supervising contractors and cleaning personnel, preparing operating and capital budgets, while assessing the needs of tenants. Exceeding goals and maintaining a high standard of service in commercial property management is Nicole’s top priority. She has ensured profitability and strong relationships while managing a collective portfolio of more than 1.6 million square feet. Prior to joining Colliers in 2018, Nicole was the General Manager at Local Construct. She has also worked for Cushman & Wakefield, CBRE, and Equity Office Properties. Her experience and reputation make her a highly sought after commercial real estate manager in the Treasure Valley and beyond.
As a real estate manager with Real Estate Management Services (property management), Rachael's responsibilities include payables, accounts receivables, tenant charges and account research for all vendors and tenants. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of her assigned properties, developing budgets, reports, contract bidding and tenant retention. She communicates with clients, tenants, and vendors with a professional approach.
Prior to joining Colliers International Idaho in 2018, Rachael's experience includes over 12 years in multi-family property management, with eight years managing a tax credit property.

As a Real Estate Manager, Lisa develops property budgets and practice strategies that contribute to maximizing net income by capturing multiple income revenues, implementing effective and cost-efficient service contract management and ensuring preventative maintenance practices are utilized to extend life to building systems. Since joining Colliers in 2016, Lisa has quickly grown within the company. She began as an Assistant Real Estate Manager and was promoted to an Associate Real Estate Manager in 2018.
Nikki has 16+ years of business management experience and is dedicated to the organization and evolution of the Real Estate Management team. She effectively and accurately maintains tenant files, correspondence, collections, A/R, and communication for REMS, tenants, and vendors.
Dave is responsible for overseeing cash management, banking relationships, financial statements and reporting, budgets, information systems, A/R, A/P, G/L, payroll, and human resources.
As a Property Accountant, Alex is responsible for providing detailed financial reporting for commercial real estate holdings managed by Colliers International | Idaho. Alex also consults with property owners and investors on accounting matters to assist them in realizing the maximum value of their investments. Alex enjoys getting to work with clients as well as property managers to find accounting solutions and insights.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2017, Alex was a Senior Accountant/ International Accounting Manager at Vacasa. She has over 8 years of experience in both public and private accounting. Alex aims to respond quickly to issues and to communicate the often overwhelming intricacies of accounting in a manner that all parties will mutually understand.
