Tyler Hague

Specializing in the acquisition and disposition of multi-family investment properties throughout Chicago and secondary Midwest markets, institutional, corporate and private owners rely on my expertise to originate, underwrite, structure and execute commercial investment sales and capital markets transactions. I am experienced in the initiation and management of acquisition and disposition programs for all commercial property types and am particularly noted for my expertise in multifamily investment sales and urban land development as well as adaptive reuse redevelopment throughout the Chicago Metro area and greater Midwest.

Prior to joining Colliers Investment Services Group, I was a property manager for Colliers International, focused on Class A retail and office properties in the Chicago CBD. There I represented a diverse group of clients providing property accounting, financial analysis, construction and project management, and day-to-day operations for a 3 million-square-foot portfolio.

I hold a LEED AP designation in operations and maintenance and am an expert in green building technologies and implementation.  I also have 10 years of experience in commercial real estate.

 

Jack Maloney

Jack specializes in helping multifamily investors make strategic investment decisions that best suit their goals in the current makeup of the market.  His primary concentration is on private capital “middle market” B/C class apartment product in the Chicagoland area and surrounding Illinois border states.  

Jack focuses his career on fostering strong professional relationships and takes the long-term view that CRE is largely relationship based and not purely a transactional business. He looks to be a ‘value-add’ in these relationships by bringing insights to clients, rather than telling them things they already know.  

Jack is well versed at handling challenging transactions that require a significant commitment throughout the lifecycle of the deal. His clients attest that his is willing to put the necessary time and diligence into running a transaction from start to finish. He is available at any time of day to help provide his clients intelligent solutions to their real estate needs. 

This is why Jack has flourished in Colliers’ entrepreneurial culture, which allows him to work with clients he connects with and create a niche for himself in the Chicago market. 

Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Finance) from the University of Missouri’s Trulaske College of Business. During his term as a student, Jack was elected President of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity. He also was elected to the University’s Interfraternity Council where he served as Vice President of Finance and Records. 

He is licensed in Illinois as a Real Estate Broker.
