I specialize in representing corporate users in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office space throughout Chicago and nationally. In addition, I lease approximately 3 million square feet of office space throughout the Chicago suburbs on behalf of institutional and private landlords.

I maintain a strong network of relationships with Chicagoland architects, general contractors, interior designers and relocation specialists. My clients appreciate my attention to detail, resourcefulness and unwavering commitment to protecting their best interests.

Prior to joining Colliers International, I spent a number of years with Grubb & Ellis Company's office advisory group.

Working alongside the office tenant and landlord representation brokers of Colliers International | Chicago’s Suburban Office Advisory Group, I provide our clients with customized reporting and analysis. As the research manager for the Suburban Office Advisory Group, I specialize in the collection and analysis of market and economic related statistics and prepare quarterly market reports for the overall suburban office market and individual submarkets.

I provide detailed market knowledge through the collection, organization and distribution of primary data including lease comparables, tracking tenants in the market, large-block availabilities as well as creating drive-time and demographic analysis and competitive building skyline reports. My more than 20 years of real estate experience have made me an integral asset to the team.

Prior to joining Colliers, I spent 10 years with CoStar managing the Chicago tenant division. During my tenure, I was responsible for the overall comprehensiveness and quality of a database of 50,000 tenants.

Working with the Office Advisory Group at Colliers International, I partner with my teammates and clients to develop highly complex, project specific financial analysis portfolios. These analyses often include cost reduction strategies, evaluation of real estate alternatives, and developing tactics for lease negotiation. 

The team, led by Jason Simon, specializes in representing corporate users in the acquisition, disposition and leasing of office space throughout Chicago and nationally.

Prior to joining Colliers, I worked as an associate with Interstate Tenant Advisors.

I joined Colliers International in 2008 as an executive administrative assistant working with a team of executive vice presidents specializing in office services representing both Landlord and Fortune 500 Tenants locally in Chicago and nationwide. Since 2008, my  team has expanded to include not only additional members of the Office Services Group but also members of the Land Advisory, Retail Investments, Senior Housing Development and National Operations Management Groups.

I play an active role in the day-to-day transaction process both from a Landlord and Tenant Representation perspective which has given me a wealth of in-depth knowledge to how deals are conducted on both sides of the commercial real estate spectrum. My skills at problem solving, the ability to multi-task and handle rapidly changing priorities and following projects through to completion has made me an integral part of the team. In 2016 and 2017, I was nominated for the Colliers Service Excellence Award.

I am heavily involved in the beginning phases of surveying particular markets, running demographic and traffic count reports, coordinating building tours, and compiling proposals into detailed comparisons provided for the building Owners and/or Tenants.  I also manage the teams’ ongoing marketing and communication process, including the development and distribution of marketing reports (weekly, quarterly and monthly), brochures, direct mail pieces and daily routine correspondence.

My experience includes both single assignments and multi-market account Tenant Representation work. Partial list of clients assisted include Sara Lee Corporation, Honeywell, Allstate Insurance, Charles Schwab & Co., Nuveen Investments, Oppenheimer & Co., Valspar, and Lincoln Financial.  Major agency leasing assignments include Faison & Associates (842,000 SF), Amcraft Construction (628,000 SF), John B. Sanfilippo & Sons (436,000 SF), Draper & Kramer (250,000 SF), McKnight Capital (240,000 SF), AEGON (158,000 SF) and American Landmark Properties (135,000 SF).

I am an active member of the WINGS program helping the effort to end domestic violence and homelessness; Live4Lali in creating drug awareness, use/misuse and overdose protection;  Artists Illustrating Meaningful Messages (AIMM), a music and arts afterschool program; and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) in conjunction with the Brandon Marshall Foundation.
