A successful transaction requires a plan and a process - and often the integration of other disciplines beyond tenant representation brokerage - to bring about the best outcomes for our clients. Transaction Management (brokerage) and Project Management are usually the two Colliers disciplines that are fused together to deliver a total solution for our office clients. Our Transaction Management brokerage serves as your advocate on the negotiation of the terms and conditions of your lease... and our Project Management serves as your advocate on the negotiation and use of your tenant improvement dollars and readying your space for occupancy.
