Since 1997, Daniel Rudd has worked as a commercial real estate broker and advisor, exclusively representing corporate clients (tenant occupiers) in managing their commercial real estate holdings, lease obligations, and occupancy needs. He is keenly aware of the strategic aspects of real estate to support overall corporate business goals and objectives, on both a portfolio and individual basis... and then implementing accordingly.
Mr. Rudd has diverse real estate experience having worked on numerous projects including: strategic real estate and facilities planning, portfolio analysis, portfolio transaction management, governmental economic incentive negotiations, sale-leaseback requirements, build-to-suits, site selection, demographic analysis, and general acquisition and disposition assignments involving virtually every property type including; office, industrial, retail, multi-family, medical, and call center space. His account transactional work represents over $450,000,000 in corporate lease obligations.
He currently focuses on Dallas / Fort Worth (D/FW) corporate office users (tenant occupiers) and assisting clients wherever their needs take them.

Senior Vice President
William "Billy" Vahrenkamp is a senior vice president in the office division of the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. He specializes in consulting and representing corporate clients in all aspects of managing their real estate. Currently, he is responsible for managing client relationships, developing new business, and executing on transactions for his team.
Billy has a special talent for client consultation to assess needs and determine appropriate resources to act on those needs. He has worked on various assignments including site selection, portfolio transaction management, one-off tenant representation projects, build-to-suits and investment sales.
Prior to joining Colliers International in June 2011, Billy was an associate vice president at Grubb & Ellis Company for three years.
Billy began his career in commercial real estate in 2001 as a business development manager at Mohr Partners Inc. In 2003, he became a senior associate at Cawley International. A year later, Billy joined the corporate services advisory team as a senior associate at the Trammell Crow Company.
Reegan Busby is a senior associate in the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International. Reegan currently focuses on business development in the areas of Senior Housing and Healthcare. Reegan has extensive experience in medical technology sales for various companies such as ConMed Linvatec and the Johnson & Johnson Company. This knowledge gives her a unique and competitive edge in advising healthcare and senior housing clients with their real estate needs.
Brad focuses on the Dallas-Fort Worth office market for Colliers International and works primarily with Daniel Rudd and Billy Vahrenkamp in representing tenants in lease negotiations, renewals or expansions. He represents corporate clients in their real estate decisions and specializes in the evaluation of the overall corporate business goals. Brad also assists in targeting specific prospects for team representation, showing buildings to clients, conducting property research, business development and assisting with transaction negotiations. Over the years, Brad has gathered expertise on numerous projects: portfolio analysis, portfolio transaction management, incentive management, sale-leaseback, build-to-suits, site selection, employee studies, acquisition and dispositions, office and industrial.

Mary King is a client services specialist in the office division of Colliers Dallas-Fort Worth for the Rudd-Vahrenkamp team. Mary’s experience involves both commercial and residential real estate. She has worked on everything from processing residential mortgages to residential and commercial REO closings, and she has supported commercial brokerage teams specializing in office tenant representation and institutional investment sales.
