Jason Sheehy leads the development and implementation for the corporate solutions group in Denver, Colorado.  He specializes in producing creative solutions to the challenging real estate requirements for corporate clients throughout the country.  Mr. Sheehy also acts as the single point of contact working with representatives throughout the world and is solely responsible for the coordination of services needed to solve his client’s real estate challenges.

Abby Pattillo

Abby began her career at Colliers Intentional Denver as a Research Analyst, responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of market research data.  In this role, she developed client-oriented interpretations and graphics indicating market trends and interpreted this data through various graphic formats, including quarterly written market reports and other presentation quality documentation of market activity and trends.
 

The experience Abby gained as a Research Analyst played an integral part in her transition into brokerage as she is very familiar with the market and well versed in market trends, making her an ideal tenant representation broker.  Abby works collectively with Jason Sheehy on the tenant representation team and also assists the Southeast landlord representation team.

Bree Quintieri is the Transaction Director of Office Properties at Colliers International Denver and has over 6 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. In her role, Bree supports the office team in their day-to-day brokerage business including; proposals, contracts, lease administration, research, document creation, analytical research, marketing, and correspondence. She serves as the key liaison for the brokers and the online database companies that market properties. She also oversees the strategic implementation of marketing goals, scheduling and completion of time sensitive and recurring business tasks and database management and creation.

As a Research Analyst at Colliers International in Denver, my primary function is to assist the brokerage teams in conducting research within the commercial real estate industry by preparing data and background narrative information for use in market reports, publications, and proposals to better serve our clients. I am responsible for the aggregation, analysis, interpretation and reporting of market research data. Upon examining market data, I then interpret it into various graphic and report formats to represent market activity and trends for client-oriented collateral and documentation

By utilizing my range of skill-sets and experiences, I have established myself as a valuable asset to the Colliers International Denver office. Upon graduating with my bachelor’s degree, I was responsible for business development at Spacesaver as the Digital Demand Generation Specialist. I was quickly promoted into the role of Product Marketing Specialist, where I executed, coordinated and developed product marketing strategies. Upon moving to Colorado, I joined Colliers in Denver as the Transaction Manager for the office brokerage team, and obtained my Colorado Real Estate license. In this role, I supported the office team in their day-to-day brokerage business, which included: preparing proposals, marketing support and client communication. In 2017, I moved into my current position at Colliers Denver as a Research Analyst.
