As a Principal and Senior Vice President of the Colliers International Retail Services Team I bring over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry. I specialize in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and New Retail Development.
I work with tenants on the local, regional and national levels. I am currently representing Sola Salons on a national level and have been a key component in growing their stores to over 400 units across the United States.
During my off-time, I enjoy the Colorado lifestyle to the fullest! I enjoy skiing, hiking, fly fishing and tubing down the Platte River.

My Motto has always been to put my clients first.
As the Vice President for the Colliers International Healthcare and Retail team I represent Tenants and Landlords in the Colorado market. I take my relationship with my clients to heart and make sure I truly understand their needs in order for them to be their most successful.
I began my real estate career with Keller Williams as a residential broker. I then transitioned into the commercial sector in order to showcase my talent for excellent customer service, thorough market knowledge and am able to capitalize on my experience in the real estate industry. My top priority is to thoroughly understand my client’s needs in order to ensure the greatest amount of success. In my on-going real estate career, I have completed over 1000 transactions in a broad range of service lines totaling in excess of $100 million. I am an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and have earned the Costar Power Broker Award in 2008, 2009, 2012, 2013, 2015 and 2016.
In my downtime, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two dogs, playing soccer as well as flag football and motocross. I am an avid animal lover and give generously to the ASPCA on an on-going basis and am an active board member of The Feline Fix.

As a Senior Broker for the Colliers International Retail Services Team, I specialize in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Colorado region.
Throughout my 10+ years in brokerage, I have developed considerable market knowledge. This has enabled me to drive business growth and capitalize on new revenue potential. I have been able to assist my clients successfully in the strategic repositioning and growth of their respective businesses.
During my tenure, I spent 5 years as the co-chair for the Colliers International Retail New Generation Group which focuses on the education and enhancement of new retail brokers within Colliers International. I then spent the next 3 years as co-chair for the Colliers International Landlord Group.
During my downtime, I enjoy all that Colorado has to offer. From hiking/skiing to the theater and arts. I take full advantage of everything Colorado has to offer! On the weekends you will find me spending time in the outdoors with my two dogs: Abby & Ernie.

Jawara brings nearly 15 years of strategic, national retailer roll-out, brokerage, and development experience to his role as National Retail Tenant Representation Director. In his role he focuses on advising retailers on multi-market expansion strategies within the U.S, and new business development initiatives for Colliers national retail platform.
Jawara has experience in store re-imaging and relocation, construction standards and regulations, and land purchasing for multi-tenant properties. He previously served on the National Strategic Real Estate team for Domino’s Pizza (a Colliers client now) working cross functionally on the planning and execution of system-wide domestic new stores, site selection, transactions and over 300 store relocations. Prior to that, he was the Director of Development for Quiznos and Real Estate Manager for Verizon Wireless.
His experience has given him in-depth knowledge of the rapidly changing retail landscape and a unique perspective on what retailers are looking for today: cohesion. He understands that clients are looking for someone to help them figure out the new landscape and how to grow sales and become stronger. With brick and mortar locations being scrutinized due to online sales, and customers looking for local and regional brands, his expertise in brand recognition and market fluctuations has given him insight to the shifting paradigm in retail real estate. He also firmly believes that and leadership engagement and alignment are paramount for successful business strategies, which supports Colliers’ positive tenant representation performance record.
I first came on board with Colliers International as a Research Analyst for the Retail Services Team while simultaneously attending the University of Colorado Denver. I graduated with honors in 2016 with a BSBA in Finance and transitioned into a Broker position specializing in landlord and tenant representation in the Colorado Market.
As an Analyst at Colliers, I was able to gain significant market knowledge and learn the real estate process from a different scope. Prior to joining the Colliers International Denver Brokerage Team, I had interned at SRS real estate company. Through my internship and education, I have been able to contribute my knowledge and unique insight to the Colliers International Retail and Healthcare Services Team.
When I’m not working on brokerage I enjoy spending time with my family. I also take advantage of the Downtown Denver scene and all the development that has occurred these past few years.

I joined the Denver Colliers team in June of 2018 after starting my brokerage career in Denver at DePaul Real Estate for two and a half years. I gained valuable retail brokerage experience that ultimately guided my transition to Colliers DTC retail division. Currently, I specialize in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Colorado market with a focus in the retail sector.
My expertise in the retail realm focuses on bringing the best possible service to my clients. This includes handling transactions that vary from retail leasing, long-term ground leases, build-to-suit deals, and land acquisition.
Current and most significant clients I am working with include Jamba Juice, Scooter’s Coffee, Burger King, All My Sons Moving and Storage, KLA Schools of America, and Speed Queen Laundromat.
Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and participating in athletics, including a current position on the Denver Barbarians Rugby Football Club. Being a Colorado native, I also enjoy outdoor activities including camping, hiking, backpacking, and traveling.

As a Marketing Director, I support the retail commercial real estate brokers in their day-to-day brokerage business including; proposals, contracts, lease administration, research, document creation, analytical research, marketing, and correspondence. I serve as the key liaison for the brokers and the online database companies that market properties.
I provide my team with up to the minute information on changes in the market so that they are fully informed on strategies for their clients. I provide detailed demographic information and analysis as well as extensive aerial imagery in order to stay current in the ever-changing real estate environment.
After over a decade of working in the administrative industry, I am still learning new methods to improve processes and find unique and inventive ways to acquire information, streamline processes and help my team continue to be the front runners in the retail real estate industry.

Jennifer joined Colliers in April 2015 where she sets the stage as the Denver office’s first impression for visiting clients and incoming callers.
Her primary duties include: Maintaining office supply contracts and inventories, coordinating bulk mailings, organizing employee activities, in-house billing, multi-line phone and voicemail system, enduring customer service, proofing and editing marketing materials, extensive correspondence, and special projects.
