I have an unrelenting passion to deliver measurable results to my clients.

A diverse background in Tenant Representation, Landlord Representation, and owner/user and investments sales provides me with the unique perspective of viewing a real estate transaction through multiple lenses.

Amelia Vigen

As Transaction Manager for Colliers International – Denver’s tenant representation team, I work closely with Chris Wiley, Matthew Ball and Jeremy Reeves.  In this role, I embrace the opportunity to assist my team in advising a wide variety of tenants in the Denver market. I view myself not only as an extension to my team’s successful track record in the industry for over the past twenty years, but also as a liaison to our clients’ businesses, and therefore enjoy identifying creative options to accommodate our client’s goals, their company culture and their efforts to retain/recruit vibrant talent. 

I joined Colliers in the Fall of 2016 as a Lease Administrator. While I still act as the Lease Administrator for our office, my role has grown exponentially.  I take great pride in having a strong work ethic, and in leveraging my market intel gained from lease administration to help assist our clients in navigating their real estate needs. My diverse role here allows for constant evolution which energizes and excites me to come to work every day. 

Outside of the office, I take advantage of Colorado’s over 300 days of sunshine by doing things I enjoy such as skiing, hiking, camping and golfing.  I am also involved with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, a leading children’s hospital treating the toughest cancers and pediatric diseases.  On a professional realm, I am active in the Junior League of Denver, CREW Denver and the Downtown Denver Partnership.

Lisa has nearly 20 years of executive administrative experience in the commercial real estate and legal industries and oversees the marketing and day-to-day operations of the office tenant representation team.

Lisa also obtained her Colorado Real Estate license in 2011 to better assist the brokers she supports.
