I am the Executive  Managing Director in the Fort Myers office of Colliers International Southwest Florida. I have over thirty years of experience as a business development professional which allows for a unique perspective in understanding the needs and goals of businesses as they relate to commercial real estate. I specialize in land sales and multi-tenant investment sales, although my primary focus is my relationship with my clients. I’m involved in every aspect of a transaction from start to finish. Through a hands-on approach, I provide unmatched service and strategy for my clients.

My experience specializing in investment properties provides the insight into the market my clients need to make informed decisions. In addition to my experience, my clients receive the benefit of three of the best networks in the world. As a part of Colliers International, CCIM and SIOR, I’m able to provide unparalleled national and international exposure to maximize value for my clients.

I am an Associate specializing in industrial  services, multifamily investments, and land properties throughout Southwest Florida. I place my attention on identifying and understanding my client’s needs and business operations first as they pertain to commercial real estate. I have extensive experience in market research, financial analysis, site selection, and marketing strategies that reward my clients a high level of service and value.

Prior to joining Colliers International, I was a Junior Research Analyst at a local competitive commercial real estate firm. During my time there, I created and developed: client and owner reports, prospect lists, and quarterly market publications. Additionally, I collaborated closely with other brokers in developing strategies to successfully identify opportunities and trends in the local market.

 

Maddie Pierson

Client Services Coordinator

I specialize in marketing and research for the Fort Myers office. I’m responsible for the coordination of marketing and sales materials, in addition to the administration and execution of office procedures. I provide a high level of professional support to brokers and clients by researching and analyzing the market, database development and management, and by providing exceptional customer service. I’m also responsible for the formation of presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, correspondence, merged mailings, and other unique projects.

Prior to joining Colliers International, I was a Senior Banking Sales Representative for TCF Bank in Roseville, MN. While at TCF Bank, I created and developed successful marketing strategies, enhanced client relationships and demonstrated extensive knowledge in the economic industry.

I have served in many different organizations providing community service. I’ve been involved with YWAM (Youth With A Mission in Ensenada, Mexico). I must note this trip was life-changing. I was a part of a group that built a home from scratch in 5 days for a beautiful family in Ensenada who were previously living under blue tarps. I’ve also been involved with Feed My Starving Children, Marie Sandvik Center, and the Avenues located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

In this second quarter, there were 12 transactions in the Southwest FL market that totaled $134M in sales volume while averaging an astonishing $91,929 per unit.
