A 40-year resident of Lee County, Bill Mankin has been involved in the local real estate business for 26 years. After working for five years as a private real estate consultant, he spent the next 11 years at the city of Fort Myers, first as a Principal Planner and then as the city’s Economic Development Director. Mankin also served as the city of Fort Myers’ property manager, and was instrumental in the planning and development of many high-profile projects including the City of Palms Park, the downtown multi-modal transit center and North Colonial Linear Park. As Economic Development Director, Mankin successfully retained and attracted such notable firms as the Pepsi Cola Bottlers of SW Florida. Since moving into private brokerage in 2001, Bill has earned numerous sales recognitions including membership in the President’s Club in 2003, 2004 and 2005, as well as the Chairman’s Club in 2005. In 2008 he was the only broker in Lee County to earn CoStar Power Broker status in three separate disciplines . Prior to my career as a commercial real estate professional, I served as Vice President for Land Management and Environmental Services with Columbia Energy Group, Charleston, WV. I am a retired registered professional Civil Engineer and Land Surveryor with an Executive MBA. Dannielle joined Colliers International SWFL in 2012 as a Senior Associate of Retail Services. She stood to become a native successful broker fulfilling her passion for Landlord and Tenant Representation. Not only does she strive to prove her success and familiarity, specifically in retail, Dannielle is grateful for her long-term relationships that have grown and developed across Southwest Florida. She specializes in site selections, lease negotiations, tenant and landlord representation, and engagement of new development lease and marketing strategies.

I am a licensed sales associate with 14 years experience in real estate marketing and project management, as well as email marketing.
I specialize in marketing and research for the Fort Myers office. I’m responsible for the coordination of marketing and sales materials, in addition to the administration and execution of office procedures. I provide a high level of professional support to brokers and clients by researching and analyzing the market, database development and management, and by providing exceptional customer service. I’m also responsible for the formation of presentations, organizational charts, spreadsheets, correspondence, merged mailings, and other unique projects.
Prior to joining Colliers International, I was a Senior Banking Sales Representative for TCF Bank in Roseville, MN. While at TCF Bank, I created and developed successful marketing strategies, enhanced client relationships and demonstrated extensive knowledge in the economic industry.
I have served in many different organizations providing community service. I’ve been involved with YWAM (Youth With A Mission in Ensenada, Mexico). I must note this trip was life-changing. I was a part of a group that built a home from scratch in 5 days for a beautiful family in Ensenada who were previously living under blue tarps. I’ve also been involved with Feed My Starving Children, Marie Sandvik Center, and the Avenues located in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
