Chris Winters joined Colliers International in 1998. He brings to the firm a successful career encompassing the disciplines of real estate investment, finance, management and development. Areas of expertise include acquisitions, dispositions, investment sales, leasing, commercial real estate loan workouts and consulting. Chris has successfully closed more than $700 million in transactions and leased over 1.2 million square feet of space.

Prior to joining Colliers International, Chris was Senior Vice President of NAB Asset Ventures from 1990 to 1998. This firm was a pioneer in recognizing opportunities in the acquisition of distressed commercial real estate and mortgages. His responsibilities included the acquisition, enhancement and disposition of the firm’s real estate portfolio.

From 1987 to 1990 Chris was Vice President of Texas Commerce Bank. His primary responsibilities centered on the management and disposition of the banks foreclosed commercial real estate assets (REO).

From 1981-1987 Chris was Vice President of The Murphree Company, a national real estate developer based in Houston. His responsibilities included the development and implementation of leasing and marketing programs for various office and retail developments.
