I spearhead the office leasing and acquisition/disposition efforts for Colliers International's Dwight/Remarcke West Los Angeles Office Team along with my partner, Joe Remarcke. We focus on both traditional and creative office product for our clients in the technology, entertainment, advertising and professional services industries.  Not only do we help tenants locally but I am the single point of contact for multiple corporations with locations all over the world, utilizing Collier’s platform and my personal broker relationships in other cities, effectively acting as the in-house real estate team.  Selecting a good broker is difficult enough in one market, my clients find it very beneficial to have one point of contact for all the real estate, allowing me to handle broker selection, quality control, and ultimately streamlining the process so they can focus on their core business.

The foundation of my career in Commercial Real Estate was built using the education I received from one the most well respected commercial real estate brands in the industry, Irvine Company. With over ten years of industry experience, coupled with a degree in business finance from the Leeds School of Business (Go Buffs!), I enjoy going the extra mile to align every client’s business plan with their real estate strategy. While our in-depth knowledge of the market is critical, we believe it is imperative to be going deeper for our clients. Because the fact is that all brokers have access to the same info, what sets us apart is listening to each client to understand their “hot button” issues, so we can figure out how to address each client’s individual needs. In sum, we don’t subscribe to a “blanket” or “one size-fits-all” approach, and our promise is to deliver tailored solutions to every one client of ours.

At Colliers International, our team specializes in the complex process of relocation, renewal, and disposition of corporate real estate.  For the last 5 years I have specialized in representing office tenants in the LA market.  Our team's client list goes from publicly traded corporations to small startups with a couple of employees.

Our team’s goal is to partner with our clients to understand their strategic business and financial objectives.  Once understanding these specific issues, we help strategize for a solution to control occupancy costs that benefit the bottom line while helping to improve workplace efficiency.

Our team's corporate advisory services specifically enable our client's to stay on the cutting edge with trends in workplace efficiency to maximize productivity while minimizing operating expenses.  We have an attention to detail plus a passion for working with entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business.  We have extensive knowledge of the West Los Angeles market and have access to Colliers International's extensive data on industry benchmarks to allow our client to compare OPEX with competitors within the market and industry. 

Prior to joining Colliers, I was a senior associate in NAI Capital's West LA office.  I specialized in office tenant consulting and completed over $12 million successful commercial lease transactions.

As a client services coordinator for Colliers International in downtown Los Angeles, I work with broker teams that advise clients on a wide range of commercial property types, from retail to office to industrial. My work includes providing the teams I support with comprehensive and sophisticated marketing services, from email and postcard campaigns to offering memorandum and other property marketing materials. I also work closely with brokers to take care of a variety of other administrative and analytical tasks, including gathering relevant market data and managing the intricacies of deal processing.

Prior to joining Colliers in early 2018, I began my commercial real estate career after earning my California real estate license in 2017 and joining a boutique commercial firm. But my interest in the industry began long before then, with my grandmother and other relatives who worked as real estate agents serving as inspiration.

When I’m not busy juggling the many aspects of a deal for my broker teams, you might find me out surfing, running or playing music—particularly jazz piano or guitar.
