Our team

Tom Shepherd
Partner | Wisconsin

Tom is a Partner at Colliers International | Wisconsin and the leader of the firm’s Wisconsin Investment Services Team.  Tom has over sixteen years of commercial real estate experience.  His work focuses on advising institutional and private investors on strategies to maximize their real estate value.  He has won numerous industry awards for brokering the disposition and acquisition of both core and value-add properties.  In 2016, Tom earned Colliers International’s Everest Club award.  The Everest Club recognizes annually the top 10% of Colliers’ producers in the Americas region. 

In addition to being a company leader, Tom is also a leader in the southeastern Wisconsin business community.  For seven years he served on the board of directors for the Commercial Association of REALTORS Wisconsin (CARW), and in 2014 he was elected Chairman of the organization.  He also served for many years on the board of directors for the CCIM Wisconsin Chapter and Summit Educational Association.   Tom’s areas of expertise include investment sales, buyer and seller representation, ARGUS DCF valuation analysis, feasibility analysis, and development analysis.

Joe Eldredge
Senior Vice President

Joe is part of the Colliers | Wisconsin Investment Services practice group and the firm’s expert in multi-family assets and land disposition.
Joe began his career in real estate brokerage in 1994. After 3 years in new construction sales, he absorbed the responsibilities of project manager for a land development firm. During the next decade he gained vast experience in land acquisition, entitlement, and development.

After joining Colliers in 2009 in the midst of the real estate recession, Joe worked closely with several banks and local lenders on completion and disposition of broken residential developments all over southeastern Wisconsin. Joe continues this work post-recession.  During the course of his 22-year career in real estate, Joe has acquired priceless skills and knowledge. His areas of expertise include valuation and disposition of multi-family, residential land, redevelopment, mixed use, and assisted living assets.

Joe’s insight is constantly sought by coworkers and friends of the firm. He is regularly among the top producing brokers in Wisconsin.

Jennifer Huber
Senior Investment Sales Analyst

As a Senior Investment Analyst, Jennifer plays a role in the sale process of investment real estate from start to finish.  Some of her main duties include producing broker opinion of values, ARGUS Enterprise modeling and analyses, creating offering memorandums and teasers, investor research, marketing campaigns and coordinating due diligence.  In addition, Jennifer is also responsible for tracking cap rate data and sales comparables as well as creating quarterly investment market reports, investment updates and property-specific marketing pieces.

Jennifer has a strong history of finance, marketing and real estate.  Her organizational skills, strong work ethic and past experience with commercial real estate make her a huge asset to the Investment Sales team.

Margaret Blair
Director of Marketing & Research | Wisconsin

Margaret leads Colliers | Wisconsin’s Marketing and Research Group. In her role, Margaret is responsible for the creation of business development and marketing materials, oversees the marketing and research platform,  and provides interpretation and analysis of market trends to bolster the efforts of our advisors and clients. In addition, Margaret is responsible for leading the overall vision of the marketing and research platform, including its conversion to a distinct service line within our family of companies. Stepping outside of the traditional marketing and research role, Margaret’s team analyzes, interprets and presents data holistically in effort to guide more effective decision making for real estate owners, end users and community members.
