Tim Jackson

Director, REMS
Minneapolis - St. Paul

As Director of Real Estate Management Services for Colliers International | Minneapolis-St. Paul, I oversee the Real Estate Management Services (REMS) division of the Twin Cities office that services over 21 million square feet of office, retail and industrial properties in the metro area.  I bring over 24 years of experience to my role as REMS Director and my strong communication skills and solution-driven approach to every aspect of commercial property management helps to lead the overall effectiveness of the Real Estate Management division.


Prior to my role as Director of Real Estate Management Services, I served as the Vice President of Engineering and Property Services (EPS) at Colliers MSP for three years. This experience contributes greatly to my new role, as I bring a dynamic understanding of facilities and operational efficiencies to each of my clients’ unique properties. Prior to  joining Colliers MSP, I was employed as a Senior Regional Property Manager with Developers Diversified Realty where I supervised two Regional Property Managers and a Facility Manager. My entire managed portfolio was over five million square feet. I also helped eliminate over $100,000 in expenses in one year by bundling multiple services with one vendor. This reduced the tenants’ CAM per square foot and raised overall net operating income.
