Over the course of her 17-year commercial real estate career, Angie has established a reputation as one of Middle Tennessee’s premier property managers. She focuses on retail and industrial management, and has serviced a diverse client base. Angie places importance in developing a deep understanding of tenants’ priorities and needs. One of her favorite aspects of her job is visiting tenants to learn about their business goals. Colliers was pleased to bring Angie on-board through a 2015 merger with Vision Real Estate, LLC.
Angie graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology. While she didn’t expect to pursue a career in property management, Angie is glad that she fell into the world of commercial real estate. After spending time immediately after college in residential real estate, Angie became a leasing agent at Grace Development. She expanded her portfolio when she joined ProLogis as a property manager. Notably, Angie represented First Industrial. She most recently was a member of the team at Vision Real Estate, LLC.
Dede currently manages more than 750,000 square feet of office, warehouse and distribution facilities. She is directly responsible for budgeting, rent collections, expense approvals, lease administration and service requests. She also creates and maintains building polices and procedure manuals for tenants and owners.
Jo Anne Corbitt brings the flexibility, tenacity, and optimism to the field of real estate management. “I like bringing all the various parts together,” says Jo Anne. “Every project is different. Every day is different, and every obstacle is different. I really like getting to a resolution and coming out on the other end with a strong win-win.”
Jo Anne is a longtime member of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), the internationally recognized organization of professional property managers. She served as president of the Nashville chapter of IREM in 1982, and after a number of national assignments and roles, she represented IREM as its national president in 1997.
Jo Anne is a licensed real estate broker in Tennessee and a longtime active member in the Greater Nashville, Tennessee and National Associations of Realtors. She has served each of those organizations in various committee capacities and training roles. She also serves as a director with the Greater Nashville Apartment Association and the Tennessee Apartment Association.
Phil was most recently a principal at Vision Real Estate LLC, the retail-only firm he co-founded with Michael Taylor. Vision Real Estate grew rapidly between 2001 and 2015 as it acquired a client base stretching from Tennessee to Mississippi, Kentucky, and Alabama. In Summer 2015, Colliers was pleased to announce a merger with Vision Real Estate which brought Phil’s business acumen and real estate knowledge to the Colliers team.
After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a BS in Business Administration, Phil joined the US Air Force. He was stationed at Mississippi’s Columbus Air Force Base from 1983 to 1987. Phil launched his corporate career as Coordinator of Facilities Management for the State Board of Regence, then moved into a position with Deloitte. By 1992, Phil was Director of Asset Management and Development with Weston Companies. After serving as Executive Vice President of Mission Properties from 1999-2001, he co-founded Vision Real Estate, LLC.
