Tony Vaughn is a founding partner of the Nashville office of Colliers International, the largest locally owned Commercial Real Estate firm in Middle Tennessee.  He has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 38 years and has conducted an extensive number of notable transactions.  

He is a recipient of various industry awards including the Platinum Award of Excellence, and has served in a variety of community and professional leadership positions.  He is considered one of the leading authorities in retail site selection in the Middle Tennessee area real estate market.

David Atchison

David also specializes in large complex projects, as illustrated by his involvement in consulting, brokering and closing one of the largest real estate transactions in Nashville’s recent history for LifeWay. Atchison sold their former campus for $125 million and assisted them in relocating their headquarters four blocks away.

Dickie Vaughn

Jim Morris

Jim Morris is a Senior Vice President in Colliers International’s Capital Markets Group.  He specializes in the execution of investment sales, debt origination, and structured finance assignments within a fully integrated national platform.  Jim has worked in the commercial real estate arena for over twenty years and has a unique resume of experience that is rare and a differentiating factor for his clients.

Jim joined Colliers in 2015 after spending fourteen years at CBRE Nashville where he provided disposition services for retail investments.  During that time, he managed the sale process of grocery anchored centers, power centers, regional malls, and unanchored strips throughout eleven states on behalf of both private and institutional investors and developers. 

Jim began his career in commercial real estate in 1999 at the Nashville office of the Trammell Crow Company.  He graduated from the University of Mississippi with a business degree as a marketing major and has earned the certified commercial investment member designation.  Jim has lived in Nashville since 1997 and is continually recognized as a top authority in his business line.

Drew Wagner

In December 2017, Drew Wagner relocated to Nashville from Louisville, Kentucky. Wagner joined the Colliers Nashville team in spring 2018 to work with retail brokers David Atchison and Tony Vaughn. Alongside Atchison, Wagner focuses on retail brokerage in the city’s urban core.


A 2016 graduate of the University of Louisville, Wagner majored in marketing and minored in finance. In addition to obtaining a marketing internship with Louisville-based Norton Healthcare, he served as student manager for the men’s basketball team. Wagner traveled extensively with the team in this role and was responsible for supporting the coaching staff. He spent one year post-graduation in orthopedic sales.

Brian Forrester

Industry veteran Brian Forrester joined Colliers Nashville as Vice President of Retail Services in fall 2018. Since launching his commercial real estate career in 2005, Brian has developed a reputation as one of the area’s premier retail brokers. He holds a CCIM designation and is 2019 President-elect for Nashville’s chapter of the prominent international commercial real estate organization.

Born in Memphis and raised in Murfreesboro, Brian graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a bachelor of science in journalism. He spent five years post-graduation with The Nashville Business Journal, specializing in small business and commercial real estate. Brian particularly enjoyed the analytical components of researching the city’s retail market. He transitioned into an associate broker role with The Shopping Center Group, where he was notably involved with the redevelopment of One Hundred Oaks Mall. After nine years with The Shopping Center Group, Brian joined Centennial Retail Services to focus on landlord representation across Middle and East Tennessee. He then moved to JLL, where he practiced both landlord and tenant representation.
