I specialize in the sale of land, with more than 35 years of commercial real estate experience. As a senior vice president and the senior member of the AZ LandSource Team with Colliers International, I define the team’s focus and direction, ensures negotiations are finalized and that all parties fulfill their obligations, and provides a clear line of communication between all parties.

The AZ LandSource Team has a history of success, with more than 60 years of combined experience. We are committed to a team approach, which always puts our clients’ needs first. Each of our members has unique competencies that increase value in the different stages of every transaction.

Our team specializes in finding creative solutions for the new reality of today’s ever-changing market and has the resources to uncover new information for our clients’ specific challenges. Our extensive track record of successful assignments reflects our dedication to locating the right property that fits the needs of each client, whether a developer, investor, or user.

Our team is structured around the strengths of each individual. On every assignment, each of us brings his individual expertise for the benefit of our clients. We are organized around relationships, marketing, service delivery and a focus on completing transactions that meet the requirements of the buyer and seller. We have represented premier developers and select landowners with acquisition, disposition, ground lease, site selection and land valuation within the greater metropolitan areas of Arizona.

Prior to joining Colliers in 2006, I specialized in land at NAI Horizon for two and a half years. My commercial real estate career began at CB Richard Ellis in 1983, selling apartments. During my 21 years with the company, I transitioned from apartments sales to the sale of land for apartment developments. My experience in the sale of apartments solidified my awareness of the value of proximate amenities to land locations. I translate this knowledge into every land use from residential to retail and office.

I have been in the commercial real estate industry since 2000, and joined Colliers International in 2006. Previously, I was  with NAI Horizon, where I specialized in land sales.

I hold an Arizona Dept. of Real Estate Broker’s License and have.been in the commercial real estate industry since 2004. Prior to joining Colliers International in 2006, I specialized in land sales at NAI Horizon.

Development clients include Bank Midwest, Beazer Homes, Embrey Partners, Jacor, Key Bank, Maracay Homes, ML Servicing, NRP Group, Sahara Properties, Spectra Group, Sun Health Properties and Trammel Crow Residential.
