As a vice president with Colliers International, I specialize in project leasing, building sales and tenant representation within the industrial, office and retail property types. In partnership with Golden St. John, vice president; and Pat Moroney, associate, we form the Scott | St. John Commercial Advisors Team.

Our team represents more than 1 million square feet of properties and also represents a number of high-profile national and local tenants. Our focus is small-to-mid-bay industrial and flex office business parks; single- and multi-tenant industrial, office and retail buildings; and ground-up developments

Taking a client-centric approach to each assignment, I ensure clients’ interests are kept in the forefront. I promote a collaborative environment between landlords and tenants, leading to successful negotiations on behalf of all parties.

My background encompasses more than 10 years of commercial real estate and property management experience. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for more than five years, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for the sale and leasing of industrial and flex properties.

My previous experience includes serving as a senior real estate manager with CAM Properties, as a member of CBRE’s Capital Asset Management group, and as a realtor with Russ Lyon Sotheby’s International.

My career as a commercial real estate agent began in early 2004, later obtaining an associate broker’s license in 2013. Prior to joining Colliers, I was a director with Cushman & Wakefield for four years, focusing on landlord and tenant representation for industrial, retail and office properties. Previously, I served as associate broker and senior leasing director for The Corritore Company for 10 years, specializing in retail project development.

I have been involved with the consultation and lease-up of several of the highest profile retail projects in metropolitan Phoenix, including Tempe Marketplace, Desert Ridge Marketplace, Westgate Entertainment District and Scottsdale Waterfront, among others.

Pat Moroney

I am involved in all aspects of the team’s business, with an emphasis on tenant representation, lease negotiations and business development. Through targeted marketing activities, I source new listing opportunities and identify potential tenants.

As a highly responsive professional, I am committed to providing quality service and keeping clients fully informed. My accountability, diligence and pro-active problem-solving ensure transactions move forward in an efficient manner. Using detailed research and analysis, I brief clients and the team on current market conditions, trends and tenants in the marketplace.

As senior client services specialist, I provide marketing services for the Scott | St. John Commercial Advisors Team. Our team specializes in project leasing, building sales and tenant representation within industrial, office and retail property types. Serving as an integral member of the team, my principal responsibilities are to manage the team's marketing activities and assist in developing marketing strategies for each client and property.

With an extensive background in commercial real estate marketing, I manage print and electronic marketing tailored specifically to each client and property, as well as arranging client and property tours, open houses and special events.

I joined Colliers in Greater Phoenix in 2012, as the senior client services specialist for the Colliers office and education services team of Todd Noel, CCIM, executive vice president; Ryan Timpani, executive vice president; Kyle Campbell, senior associate; and Nick Bialkowski, associate. In my role, I contributed to the ongoing success of this top-producing team.

Previously, I was the senior brokerage coordinator for the retail team at Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona. My principal responsibilities included the synchronization of the retail team’s marketing efforts, producing marketing packages for tenants and landlords, creating tour packages to guide prospective clients, and managing online marketing efforts. I also prepared letters of intent, lease documentation and monthly reports.
