At Colliers International | Pittsburgh, I utilize my more than 15 years of Property and Facilities management experience to manage my territory of properties, support the tenants who occupy them and provide value to ownership concerned with the profitability and preservation of their real estate assets. Additionally, I'm focused on supporting the PIttsburgh brokerage team in order to attract new business opportunities and grow Colliers Real Estate Management Services (REMS) presence as a premier Property Management services provider in the Pittsburgh market.
I work in the Washington, DC office and focus on providing strategic, reliable building operations across the national REMS portfolio. Together with a team of regional engineering leaders, I ensure that client assets run efficiently to support the mission of occupant comfort and increased asset value. We achieve our missions by concentrating efforts on calculated national vendor relationships, improved energy efficiency measures, informed budget planning, and high-quality engineering services.
Much of my time is spent developing national best practices, determining resourceful technologies, and building client relationships. I also support REMS clients with capital project planning, environmental health and safety, due diligence, and code regulation compliance.
Before joining Colliers in 2011, I oversaw the Mid-Atlantic Grubb & Ellis’ commercial office portfolio as the Regional Engineering Manager. I began my career in commercial real estate with McShea Management working as a Chief Engineer more than 16 years ago and have had the opportunity to work with clients such as ING, TIAA-CREF, Morgan Stanley, Real Estate Capital Partners and Invesco.
