Kathy Gigac is leader of the Raleigh-Durham Tenant Advisory Team and has consistently been recognized as a top producer by both Colliers Raleigh and the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors. She has over 20 years of experience in the NC market and has executed numerous top lease and headquarters transactions around the market. Kathy has represented local and corporate clients in repeat transactions including Quintiles (300,000 SF), First National Bank (45,000 SF), Avalara (+40,000 SF), Progress Software (40,000 SF), Intel (+20,000 SF), Industrious (20,000 SF), Pentair, HNTB and many other financial and professional service firms.

Baxter Walker is a senior advisor for the Raleigh-Durham Tenant Advisory Team that has provided real estate solutions for tenants and occupiers for over 20 years. Baxter has completed over 600 transactions in the NC market from dispositions and acquisitions, to build to suit and headquarter relocations. His expertise in lease negotiations, site selection and project management make him in an invaluable asset to his clients including RoviSys, ReMax United, Envista Forensics, ICL, Hill-Rom and other local occupiers.
Prior to joining Colliers, Baxter was the Senior Broker at Powell Properties, Inc. in Cary, NC, where he provided his Clients with investment portfolio services and represented Tenants with lease negotiations. Baxter’s experience also includes Sales and Project Management at Bobbitt Design-Build, Inc. in Raleigh, NC as well as Project Management and Supervision at IBM in Research Triangle Park, NC.

Thomas is a tenant and corporate real estate advisor for the Raleigh-Durham Tenant & Occupier Advisory Team. He specializes in growth stage companies as well as global corporate clients in their leasing and real estate portfolio needs.
Thomas has participated in hundreds of transactions totaling 1.3 Million square feet and valued at over $190 Million in the Triangle market and across NA/EMEA/APAC. Thomas leads the US portfolio for IAT Insurance (320,000 SF) as well local tenant advisory for Pentair (60,000 SF), HD Supply (50,000 SF) Roivant Sciences (21,000 SF), HNTB (20,000 SF), Scientific Games (40,000 SF), Earthlink (30,000 SF), Skanska (20,000 SF), Insight Global, Lear Corp, AJ Gallagher and other financial and tech firms.
As a native of Raleigh, his deep connections in the Triangle and professional communities as well as his board involvement in both civic and private organizations has allowed Thomas to establish many knowledge driven relationships and gather the “inside scoop” concerning Triangle businesses. Thomas also manages his own personal commercial real estate blog, Raleigh Capital Compass and is a Wake County Economic Development Digital Ambassador.
Thomas is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where he obtained degrees in both History and Spanish and was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon. Fluent in Spanish, Thomas also spent a semester abroad studying at the University of Sevilla, Spain. He currently resides in his hometown of Raleigh.
