Our professionals who represent retail tenants offer in-depth research, demographic analysis, GIS services and market expertise to assist with site selection. Whether the essential elements for your business are rooftops or traffic counts, we can help you make a well-supported location decision. We carefully craft your lease to support growth, control common area and NNN expenses and ensure polished tenant improvements.

But we see these lease terms as just the start. We believe retail must also take into account strong adjacent tenants, competitive restrictions, signage, development and access contingencies and more to ensure a location is successful. We make this extra effort because we have found that difficulties such as parking access, security concerns or a less-desirable adjacent tenant can swiftly erode overall retail traffic.

For landlords and owners, we are an adviser throughout the development and leasing. As your partner through the lease cycle, we provide access to uncommon knowledge that can create a competitive advantage through better timing, features and tenant prospects. Colliers is made up of a global, collaborative network of brokers who refer business across the city, the country and the world. This means we can bring unique tenants to market in your space. We also offer in depth marketing and research expertise. Whether it is logo creation and branding, GIS mapping, demographic analysis, trade show planning or property marketing we have a stellar in house team to bring value to your asset.
