Chief Executive Officer of Colliers Real Estate Services
Dylan Taylor is the CEO of Colliers Real Estate Services focusing exclusively on the growth, operational effectiveness and client service opportunities in Colliers' rapidly growing real estate services segment. Dylan oversees the operations of more than 16,300 professionals operating in 66 countries. Dylan's focus is on integrating operations across all services lines; enhancing client engagement strategies and cross-selling; fostering service excellence and an enterprising culture; and developing systems for supporting the strategic growth of Colliers worldwide.
Chief Operating Officer, U.S. Operations
Los Angeles - Encino
Based in Los Angeles, Gil Borok serves as Chief Operating Officer for Colliers’ United States business. In this role, Gil is responsible for managing the operations and finances of Colliers’ rapidly growing U.S. business.
Prior to joining Colliers as Chief Operating Office for the U.S. business in November 2017, starting in 2002, Gil served in a variety of Finance-related roles at CBRE Group, Inc. Since 2014 until his departure, Gil served as Deputy Chief Financial Officer & Chief Accounting Officer. Between 2010 and 2014, Gil was Chief Financial Officer of CBRE Group. During his tenure at CBRE, Gil was responsible for global Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Tax, Risk Management and Investor Relations. He was also the management liaison to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
Additional professional experience includes Big 4 public accounting experience from 1992 to 1997 and a role as Chief Accounting Officer when he was with Dole Food Company from 1997 to 2002.
Gil serves on the boards of Crystal Stairs, Inc. and VBS Day School as well as on the Development Committee of the Anderson School at the University of California – Los Angeles. Gil is a certified public accountant in the State of California and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants and Financial Executives International. Gil has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Business with a concentration in Accounting from the University of Pittsburgh and a Masters of Business Administration from the Anderson School.
President, Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions | Americas
Scott Nelson is President, Occupier Services and Corporate Solutions | Americas at Colliers International and is responsible for strategy and leadership of these business units. Occupier Services makes up the entire platform of tools and talent (including Corporate Solutions) that supports our Occupier client relationships, and our Colliers brokerage and other professionals that manage these relationships. Corporate Solutions houses the service lines that are typically offered to multi-market and/or multi-service Occupier Clients. These service lines include Strategy and Innovation (consulting and technology services and lease administration), Account Management, Solutions Development, Transaction Management, Project Management, and Facilities Management. Scott also works actively with some clients to develop an in-depth understanding of their key business strategies, create a customized real estate solution to meet their objectives and then deploy a team for the execution of that strategy on an on-going basis. Occupier Services has organized globally with Scott playing a key leadership role, to provide seamless account management that integrates Colliers services and technology for the client.
President | Real Estate Management Services US
Washington, DC - REMS
As President Real Estate Management Services US, I develop complete real estate solutions that address my clients’ business needs. This means connecting our retail, industrial, office, multifamily, brokerage, investment sales, and property management groups in ways that create memorable experiences. In addition, I oversee property management operations in the United States.
I am active in the commercial real estate community through multiple organizations including IREM, CREW, and BOMA. To help prepare college students for careers in commercial real estate, I also work with the Industry Advisory Board for Virginia Tech’s Program in Real Estate, of which I am founding member. Nearest to my heart is the work I do with Lucky Dog Animal Rescue in Washington, DC, which has placed more than 7,000 animals in new homes since 2009. I always have a few dogs staying at my house that are looking for their forever homes.
President, Investments and Eastern Region | Co-Head, US Capital Markets
David Amsterdam is President, Investments and Eastern Region | Co-Head, US Capital Markets for Colliers International. He leads the teams in top-tier cities, including New York, Boston, and Washington D.C., with added responsibility for managing and executing transactions in critical global markets.
His responsibilities include advising investors, corporate users, and landlords across the full spectrum of commercial real estate transactions and he is focused on continuing to drive revenue for the fastest-growing publicly traded real estate services and investment management firm in the world.
President | Central Region
Steve Everbach is responsible for the Colliers business in the U.S. Central Region. Mr. Everbach concentrates on assembling and strategically positioning real estate service teams to maximize their value for clients through a focused and collaborative approach structured around the specific needs of each client. These high performance, action-oriented teams have consistently delivered ‘best-in-class’ service to our occupier and investor clients.
Mr. Everbach has held leadership positions for several commercial real estate companies throughout his career and has completed over 8 million square feet of transactions representing an aggregate value over $1.5 billion. Most recently he was Market Leader for Cushman& Wakefield in Dallas-Ft. Worth and also led their U.S. Agency Leasing Practice Group. Under his leadership, the DFW office tripled in size and was consistently named one of the top places to work.
President, Southeast Region | US Brokerage
As President of Colliers International's Southeast Region | US Brokerage, Ryan is responsible for an area consisting of 20 offices. He is directly responsible for a team of 350+ brokers, 100+ client services assistants, as well as a large support team consisting of GIS/Research and Market Analytics, Digital Marketing, and Core Marketing personnel. Ryan holds a dual role as the Market Leader for the South Florida (Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, West Palm Beach) operation. The brokerage teams Ryan is responsible for comprise leasing (landlord and tenant representation) and sale specialists in the areas of office, medical, retail, industrial, land, investment sales, mortgage banking, and specialty disciplines, such as multifamily, student housing, hotels, marinas/golf, manufactured housing, tax credit housing, education, and seniors housing.
Ryan is a member of the Colliers US Executive Leadership Team. He works closely with the leadership counterparts in property management and valuation on new business development and client retention initiatives. Ryan joined the company in 2010.
President, National Office Services
Cynthia is President of National Office Brokerage for Colliers International, the world’s third largest publicly traded (“CIGI” on NASDAQ) real estate services company. She leads the firm’s U.S. national office services platform, advising office tenants on their real estate occupancy strategies and advising real estate investors on their leasing agencies and dispositions.
National Director, Healthcare Services
Mary Beth is National Director, Healthcare Services heading up national business development for Colliers and relationship management with healthcare industry clients.
Mary Beth works in collaboration with Scott Nelson, President of Occupier Services, and Karen Whitt, President of Investor Services, to advance Colliers’ national property management, brokerage, project management, capital markets and valuation services to the healthcare sector.
National Director, Industrial Services | USA
As National Director of Colliers Industrial Services-USA, my role is to strengthen Colliers platform and to collaborate with other key service lines ― Corporate Solutions, Investment Services, Occupier Services Groups, Logistics and Transportation Group ― to deliver a deep bench of logistics and site selection strategies to industrial user-groups and participants in the logistics, transportation and distribution industries.
I consider my stand-out strengths to be my commitment to understand corporations’ broader goals and challenges and then assembling a team of high-octane professionals to drive smart solutions to achieve those goals. During my 30 years in the industry, I have provided consulting and transactional representation for numerous Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to Colliers, I was a co-founder of Summit Realty Group, an affiliate of Cushman & Wakefield. I then transitioned to join C&W’s Industrial leadership team as Executive Managing Director, Global Supply Chain Solutions and Industrial Operations. I also served on its Global Supply Chain Solutions Group and was appointed to its Industrial Executive Board. Early in my career, I enjoyed the developer side, serving as Vice President at Eaton & Lauth Commercial (now Lauth Group).
Notable industry acknowledgements include: SIOR Largest Industrial Deal in the U.S., First Industrial Largest Deal, and Hall of Fame inductee of Midwest Real Estate News.
I am actively involved in my alma mater, Purdue University, where I was a starting offensive lineman for its football team from 1978-1981 and team captain in 1979 and 1980. I was voted to Purdue’s 100-Year All Time Football team and am in my 26th season as Football Color Analyst on the Purdue Sports Radio Network.

In Anjee’s current role, as National Retail Director for the USA, she has developed strong relationships and strategic leadership to over 450 + retail professional nationally across 140 markets within Colliers for Investment Sales, Landlord Agency, Tenant Rep, and Retail Asset & Property Management.
Anjee Solanki brings 26 years of focused retail real estate experience to Colliers International. She provides strategic retail advisory services to enhance value for her clients with her expertise in lifestyle, community, power center, neighborhood, mixed-use retail/residential, and resort retail.
She has developed and manages strong working relationships with institutional and private clients such as State of Florida, State of Michigan, Heitman, Invesco, Grosvenor Americas, American Realty Advisors, TH Realty, PNC, and Zurich.
Creative problem-solving is her specialty, and she becomes a key stakeholder with national and international retailers, such as JPMC, Opry City Stage, Ole Red, Tim Hortons, and many others. Her highly focused approach reduces the risk profile and provides clients with a thoughtful approach executing strategic multiyear planning initiatives.

With over 25 years of experience , I apply a wide-lens perspective and integrated approach to marketing, drawing from my leadership roles in research; marketing and communications; business development; sales management and application of new technologies that grow revenue.
I recently spent the past four years as Director of CBRE Investor Services Pursuits where I built and led a North American business development team, trained local marketing and sales professionals, delivered technology solutions, increased brand awareness and partnered with leadership and sales professionals to develop clear, strategic messaging and approach that elevated win rates by solving for the "why" and the "how."
Other experience includes: Director of Business Development for Ten-X, a CRE tech firm and Director positions for Colliers International in the National Business Development Center and Greater Los Angeles' Regional Marketing/Research as well as Operations.

Jake Edens serves as the Senior Vice President of Technology and Innovation (USA) for Colliers International. In this role, Jake leads a team of innovators whose primary focus is building a cutting-edge commercial real estate technology platform to drive exceptional results for Colliers professionals and clients. Under Jake’s oversight, Colliers growing technology platform incorporates proprietary technology applications including Colliers360 and REscour, combined with powerful external technology and data resources, to create a leading-edge platform of resources.
Prior to Colliers, Jake founded REscour, a commercial real estate data platform and decision engine, where he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding REscour, Jake served as COO of Apphelper, a social gaming company based in Atlanta, where his primary focus was on product management and new customer acquisition. In his five years at Apphelper, he grew the user base to many millions which led to a successful exit in 2012.
Jake entered the commercial real estate field with Trammell Crow, where he held a sales role in the company’s Atlanta brokerage division in Atlanta.
