Over 18 years, Doug has built a diverse client base from hyper growth VC backed technology companies to professional services groups thru his client relationships, expansive network, partner referrals, and long-term relationships. Shortly thereafter, in a post covid world, as the use of office space changed and work from home became a new normal, Doug was challenged to expand his brokerage focus. This unexpected pivot was a blessing in disguise for Doug to redefine his skill sets and client base. In addition to office tenant representation, Doug has now grown his client base to include multiple verticals including land sales, bankruptcy dispositions, retail tenant representation and private school consulting.
