Testimonials:

“As a Developer I am adding value to real estate and always looking for the right timing and opportunity to sell. I hired Adam because of his knowledge of the Retail Marketplace, effectively communicating the current status, and his persistence to get the deal to the finish line. Adam is easy to work with and has the seller’s best interests in mind with the ability to get deals closed. I would definitely recommend Adam to other property owners. I have worked with Adam for the past 5 years and enjoy the interaction. During that time we have sold three properties and hopefully a fourth this year."   -- JJ Alaily,  Form Development

“During ICAP’s development of a single-tenant asset in Wauwatosa, WI, we used Adam Connor as a reference for market trends and current asset valuation. Over a year later, we used Adam’s guidance and ultimately decided to sell the property. We collectively agreed on a specific and aggressive strategy to market and sell the asset. Adam stuck to the plan, kept all parties updated during the process and successfully sold the asset in the timeline we desired”  -- Brian Adamson, ICAP Development

"Selling a small, multi-tenant shopping center in today’s market can be tricky and stressful.  Several market factors need to be carefully evaluated and understood prior to engaging in a sale.   My partner and I wanted to make sure we were getting the best price possible while spending the shortest amount of time on the market.  Adam Connor of Marcus & Millichap was able to provide an extensive overview of the current market conditions which paved the way to a successful closing.  Adam was able to alleviate a majority of the angst and stress by providing pertinent information and sound advice.  Ultimately the process was seamless and we are very satisfied."  --John Holboroww, EVO Development

“Selling a large, multi-tenant shopping center in today’s market is a very involved process.  We originally purchased the property from Adam and had been impressed by his abilities.  Since then, we were able to fill it up with Pick ‘n Save, Tractor Supply, and Goodwill.  Adam helped us with understanding the pros and cons of our asset and pricing it correctly in the market.  Adam was able to secure a private, out-of-state, buyer who closed in the time frame we needed.  Adam is one of the better brokers we work with, he’s responsive and a true professional.”  -- Craig Whitehead and Mark Lambert, The Crown Group
