1. Aman is personable, resourceful and has a great attitude. He willingly takes the initiative to contribute to the team, accepts new challenges to projects, and creates an excellent final product.
Utilizing technology to effectively manage interactions with his peers and clients is definitely one of Aman’s strengths. By assisting with scheduling assignments, technology infrastructure, data analysis, and job processes through Microsoft Project and other software, Aman is a valuable member of our team. - Diana Robinson, Associate Project Manager, Colliers Atlanta
2. Aman Gaur is a very rare breed of human being. There are plenty of intelligent people, plenty of people can be thoughtful and even personable. Rarely does a person naturally contain all of these traits. Aman is a truly selfless individual whose demeanor and positive disposition has had a lasting impact on my life. In a professional sense Aman represents and exemplifies everything you would want out of an employee, employer, or coworker. He is bright, can adapt quickly, intent on improving, and driven to be successful. But on the personal level is where Aman truly separates himself from the rest of the pack. I first met Aman at Georgia Tech in a course that covered benchmarking, planning, and project management. In this course taught by Kathy Roper, we had to complete a case study that covered innovations in project management. The project was fairly intense and involved all hands to be on deck. Aman did not hesitate to display his ability to lead in a group setting. Before the project had even begun Aman had completed research for the project to share with the group. He had an idea of the direction we should go with our paper as well as the presentation that followed. Aman kept in constant communication with the group and was ready and willing to contribute in as many ways as possible; in fact when this project hit a snag where there was an item on the syllabus that went unaccounted for, Aman immediately volunteered to assist. Ultimately I handled this task simply because I felt guilty- Aman had already done so much. The point of all this was that despite all of the work he had already done, Aman was still willing to go the extra mile (more like the extra three miles). Aside from work Aman is extremely thoughtful, he is the type of person that you can trust, he is extremely reliable, and incredibly kind. Upon his return from India, Aman surprised me and another classmate with souvenirs from his home country. I mention this story because Aman had only known the both of us for less than a year, there was no expectation to receive anything from him. That type of thoughtfulness is how I know any employer of Aman will be ecstatic to have him. His value as an employee is unparalleled, he is very intelligent and could get by on that alone. On top of being incredibly smart and a ridiculously hard worker, Aman offers a personality that will light up any room. He can immediately add value to any company- Aman has a lot of ideas of his own to offer and works very effectively in collaborative settings. I look forward to watching Aman as he continues to grow, he is destined for success and I am extremely grateful to have had the opportunity to cross his path. - Peter Adidiran , Estimator, American Sun Control
3. Aman is very detail oriented and very analytical in his approach. We have worked together on Drinking Water Analysis from Bhopal. Aman is diligent and has always worked on his assignments in a timely manner and sticks to the deadlines set. - Deepa Madathil, Assistant Director & Students Welfare Associate, Vellore Institute of Technology, India.
4. Having worked directly with Aman on several research assignments and case studies, I can say that what sets him apart from many others in his peer group is his positive attitude and strong work ethic. Man demonstrated leadership in taking on specific components of each assignment without being asked. He then reported his findings to the group and allowed for input before the group finalized recommendations and set specific research goals. Aman definitely works well as an individual but also knows what it means to be a part of a team. I would enthusiastically recommend him to be a part of any professional organization or company which he is qualified for. I strongly believe that technical skills can be acquired through learning but attitude, leadership and work ethic are much more difficult to come by. Aman possesses all of these and would be an asset to any group, organization or team. - Collin Lasch, Project Manager, DeAngelis Diamond
5. I had the pleasure of working with Aman for a project in dealing with new trends in the project management industry. Aman was an extremely hard worker, who was one of the leading group members when it came to the research done for the project. Aman posed innovative ideas for the group to use in order to complete the project. Not only is Aman motivated, but he cares about the work and people he comes into contact with. - Rob Rojas, Land Acquisition and Development Associate, Sullivan Wickley
