Andrew P. Chapman is a Valuation Specialist in the Seattle office of Colliers International Valuation & Advisory Services.
Mr. Chapman specializes in the appraisal of manufactured housing communities and RV parks. He is active throughout the state of Washington as well as in Idaho and Oregon. In the past couple of years he has completed appraisals for several high-end manufactured housing communities, which recently sold, including the Harvest Gate MHC in Puyallup; Viking Park in Poulsbo; Fairway Estates in Everett and Broadmoor Park in Yakima. Mr. Chapman is adept in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac's appraisal guidelines.
Mr. Chapman’s extensive experience includes both property types studied and appraised such as the aforementioned manufactured housing communities (senior and all-ages); RV parks, office (medical and professional), historic buildings, industrial, flex, cold storage, manufacturing, vacant land (commercial, industrial, residential, waterfront, etc.) shopping centers, food processing facilities, automobile dealerships, mixed-use properties, lodging facilities, restaurants, self-storage complexes, both special purpose and single-use properties. Additionally, Mr. Chapman has performed valuations on proposed, partially completed, renovated, and existing structures.
In 2014, he completed the state requirement for the certified general real estate appraiser license in the State of Washington. In 2000, he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Washington.
