Mr. Kilduff began his management career at Menlo College, a private business school in the heart of Silicon Valley, where he earned a Bachelor Degree in Business Management.  His focus on commercial real estate began with a runnership at CB Richard Ellis in South San Francisco focusing on industrial properties and the biotechnology industry.  Following his time in the Bay Area, he relocated to Denver, CO and spent over three years as the Leasing Manager for Integrated Properties, Inc., where he specialized in the leasing and improvements of the company’s high rise class “A” office portfolio and the rezoning efforts for large mixed use developments.  Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew served as the Director of Office Leasing for Turnberry Associates and the Town Square Las Vegas project, a mixed use lifestyle center consisting of 1.2 million square feet of retail and entertainment space and 352,000 square feet of class “A” office space.  While there, he was responsible for all of the office leasing efforts from the identification of potential tenants through lease execution and space build-out, aided in the design of successful speculative suite programs, lead all of the Town Square Las Vegas office presentations to potential investors and capital partners and served as the company’s office representative with various international lending institutions.
