Andrew is an Associate in Colliers' East Bay Multifamily Investment Services Group. He works with Rich Martini, a Senior Vice President and market expert in the San Francisco East Bay region. Andrew specializes in market trend analysis, financial modeling, and is experienced in underwriting and compiling broker opinion of values for multifamily investment properties.

Andrew began his real estate career in 2015. He developed his foundation in commercial real estate by receiving invaluable training at MZ Properties; a company owned by his Uncle, who is a successful real estate investor. In 2016, Andrew joined Colliers International in the Oakland office as a Research Analyst. During this time, he developed and implemented processes for tracking tenant migration, market share analysis, and worked on significant projects for clients such as Clarion Partners.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of California, San Diego, earning a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Business. He holds a State of California – Real Estate Salesperson license as well as a Certified Associate of Project Management (CAPM) license from PMI. Andrew is also an active investor and has been following the markets since 2009. In his spare time he enjoys weightlifting at the gym, watching the Golden State Warriors play basketball and traveling to learn about different cultures.
