As a Property Administrator in Real Estate Management Services (REMS) at Colliers International | South Carolina, I am responsible for supporting the administrative responsibilities of the Property Manager and building engineering team in the daily operations and management of 1901 Main office tower in downtown Columbia. I provide assistance with tenants to ensure their workspace is well maintained and they have an enjoyable work environment.
I pride myself on the ability to make our clients and tenants feel valued. I enjoy using my creative and event planning talents in my role.
Prior to joining Colliers, I worked in the accounting and banking industries and have over 10 years of experience in customer service.
My first role at Colliers was a receptionist which helped me learn about the different roles and services within the company and the commercial real estate industry. My transition to a role in commercial property management has been exciting and created new learning opportunities while allowing me to build on my existing customer service skills.
Memberships & Involvements
I am involved with my ministry and I love working with my community and in international charity work. My family and I volunteer monthly to feed and clothe those who are homeless. We also enjoy making crafts, reading comic books and traveling.
I joined the Real Estate Management Services division of Colliers International | South Carolina in 2001. Having worked in the industry since 1984, I bring an abundance of knowledge to my responsibilities to meet the daily challenges of professional property management. My portfolio contains Class A high-rise office, medical, retail, light industrial and flex buildings. As a Property Manager, I address physical and financial management of properties, handling interior and outdoor areas, overseeing and monitoring repairs, planning preventative maintenance, supervising contractors and cleaning personnel, preparing operating and capital budgets, while assessing the needs of tenants.
I foster meaningful communications with property owners and their tenants, implementing improvements to promote the owner’s investment goals and I offer high-quality customer service to tenants. My personal goal is to exceed the expectations of the property owner and the tenants.
