After completing his graduate program in Business Administration at Texas A&M University, Mr. Bracewell established a track record of leading successful operations, establishing management programs and developing commercial properties. He headed the new commercial development group for Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in Houston, Texas. He served with Hines Interests in Houston, Texas managing three major portfolios of retail, multi-use and office projects. He has also managed large portfolios of commercial assets for Axiom Real Estate Management. His combination of experience with large Class A product along with B & C experience across all product types uniquely qualifies him to oversee the daily operations of Colliers Property Management.
Property Manager | Austin
As a Property Manager, Ms. Harpold works extensively with tenants and clients to ensure that vacancies are filled. Even during economic downturns, Ms. Harpold has been able to maintain high occupancy rates. As the property manager of Colliers’ Austin properties, she is familiar with the particularities of the Austin market. Furthermore, Ms. Harpold is responsible for overseeing the finances of the Austin properties and develops budgets, collects rent and schedules expenditures. Additionally, she ensures that the property is maintained by contracting for preventative maintenance and providing for contingency repairs in the budget. Moreover, she has overseen several capital improvement projects such as HVAC updates, remodels and ADA updates. Ms. Harpold is a dedicated employee and is attentive to all her tenants and clients’ needs.
Ms. Harpold has managed a portfolio of properties including office warehouse, sale-leaseback and multi-tenant office buildings ranging from two-story suburban to high-rise properties. She began her property management career as an administrator at Hines Interests in Houston, quickly moving to management of mid-rise properties for small developers. While in Houston, she also worked for Principal Financial Group, a large institutional owner, and Fidinam Investment Consulting, a real estate investment group headquartered in Europe. After completing graduate school at The University of Texas in Austin, she remained in Austin and returned to property management, serving as the director of management and leasing for Balcones Office Park, a Limited Partnership-owned multi-tenant office complex. Ms. Harpold currently manages three suburban multi-tenant and owner-occupied properties for Colliers. Her experience overseeing all aspects of a property’s operations make her uniquely qualified to manage properties tailored to the smaller building owner.
