Director Industrial Management
Art Littmann is the Director, Industrial Property Management for Colliers International. He is responsible for the operational and financial performance of industrial assets under management in South Florida. With 15 years of experience in real estate, Art brings with him knowledge in all facets with an expertise in industrial management. He is experienced in working with institutional clients such as AEW Capital Management, Backstone Group, TH Real Estate, INVESCO, Black Creek Group, Time Equities, and others as well as working with fortune 500 companies such as BE Aerospace, Walmart, and Sears Roebuck.
Art also acts as the Director of Operations for the industrial roving engineering department on a 12+ million square foot industrial portfolio that spans the State of Florida. His responsibilities include the recruitment, training and coordination of team members, work-order resolution and management, new building setup and on-boarding, and is the Client liaison locally and coordinates on a national level with other markets serviced by Colliers International.
Art’s responsibilities include the construction management throughout the industrial portfolio. He’s handled projects such as ground-up construction, spec office and built-to-suit buildouts, refrigeration and freezer installations, climate-controlled warehouse areas, clean rooms, and roof replacements to name a few.
Art has a B.S. in Real Estate Studies from Marylhurst University and is currently pursuing his Master of Business Administration.
Memberships & Involvements
Art holds the Certified Property Manager designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and is the current President for the local chapter. He has served on the executive council since 2014. Art is currently serving as one of ten individuals on the Young Professional Task Force for IREM National and has held numerous national committee positions over the years.
