Ben specializes in office and retail investments and developments for the Dallas-Fort Worth office of Colliers International where he negotiates on behalf of the client to meet their targeted goals. He is thorough in his due diligence for his clients, providing unmatched support through the entirety of the transaction.
Having begun his career shortly before the 2008 recession, Ben became an expert at marketing and selling foreclosed assets for regional and national financial institutions. His core competencies include commercial contracts, commercial land and commercial investment brokerage, REO transactions, land assemblage, prospect generating, and due diligence.
Prior to Colliers, Ben began his career at Henry S. Miller Brokerage. There he successfully closed over $50 million in land and investment transactions.
