I've been a resident of Jacksonville since 1974. This has allowed me the opportunity to gain vast knowledge of the local market and develop significant relationships within the local community and regional area. My real estate and commercial experience, in conjunction with my in-depth knowledge of market conditions, allow me to guide my client’s through complex transactions and bring them to successful conclusion.
I have over 25 years of commercial real estate experience in the North Florida market. I have worked on land, office, retail and industrial projects throughout my career with a special emphasis on selling and leasing industrial properties, as well as land sales for build-to-suits and speculative development.
I began my career with Colliers in 1991 interning in various capacities while working on a BA degree in Marketing at the University of North Florida. Upon graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1993, I was was appointed Director of Market Research. My desire to help people motivated me to transitioned into Property Brokerage in 1997. My research background combined with my extensive market experience, provides my clients with solid analytical capabilities and a breadth of market coverage.
