Professional Summary

Ben began his career in commercial real estate after spending over 20 years with his father at Ellsworth Paulsen Construction, building an array of commercial buildings, including water and waste water treatment plants, the Lehi Legacy Center, the Metro Condominiums in downtown Salt Lake City, many schools throughout the Alpine School District and many medical office buildings, just to name a few. His roles included project super intendent and corporate safety officer and business developer, and he still has an active role at his dad’s company. Ben also has experience in property management, as he managed over 35 tenant accounts in the light industrial industry. Currently, Ben strives to help clients meet their strategic goals through real estate and development.

Ben served a mission for the LDS church in Leeds, England, and went on to receive a bachelor’s degree in business management from Utah Valley University. After graduating, Ben worked in Henderson, Nevada, on a $110 million water treatment plant as the project engineer and road project for UDOT.
