Ben Logue celebrates over 25 years with Colliers International in Atlanta, GA where he currently is Senior Vice President and Principal. Ben draws on his breadth of experience to support his clients with complex industrial lease, sale, design-build assignments, and real estate strategy for national portfolios. To date, Ben’s expertise has resulted in the successful negotiation of over 400 transactions totaling more than 70 million square feet on behalf of his clients.
Ben also serves as the Team Leader of the Atlanta Industrial Services Group (ISG). In this role, Ben is responsible for leading the multi-disciplinary team; the integration of client services; and the aggregation of proprietary market data for the benefit of the ISG’s clients. Today, the ISG is a nationally recognized practice group within Colliers comprised of 8 areas of specialization:
