Mr. Byrd joined Colliers International in 1997 after eight years with Insignia/Paragon Group, Inc. where he served various capacities including Director of Property Management, Director of Corporate Services and Director of Land Division. Prior to joining Paragon Commercial Group, Inc. in June 1989, Mr. Byrd served as Vice President for Brookhollow Corporation in its Greensboro, North Carolina and Houston, Texas offices. While Mr. Byrd was with Brookhollow Corporation, his responsibilities included overall marketing, management, construction and planning of Brookhollow’s properties which consisted of office, retail and land developments. His real estate experience also includes the feasibility analysis, planning and construction of three mixed- use land developments totaling more than 750 acres in three states. In his 18 years with Colliers, Mr. Byrd has been directly responsible for the marketing, negotiating and closing of more than 425 sales and leasing transactions representing a value in excess of $1 billion dollars.

Judy Garza Beebe
Senior Client Project Specialist | Houston
Judy has more than 10 years of commercial real estate business development experience. She is a member of the Industrial and Land Group for Colliers. Her area of expertise includes contract/lease administration, developing and maintaining a staged marketing program for listing assignments, property listing pitches, website development, company events, press releases, brand exposure through social media programs, proposals and agreements, tenant/buyer site tour coordination, marketing initiatives, and tracking deals.
Throughout her career at Colliers, she has also worked in the Retail, Office, and Investment divisions.
Judy earned both the Commercial Property Marketing Certification (CPMC) and Commercial Property Research Certification (CPRC) from Colliers University. CPMC and CPRC are the first and only accreditations for commercial real estate marketing and research professionals. It offers a professional development path to increase strategic and tactical expertise in marketing/research, knowledge of the industry and capabilities with commercial real estate tools.
Prior to joining Colliers in 2005, Judy had five years of professional administrative experience specializing in patent law, production, and land administration departments for El Paso and Shell Oil Company.
Director of Market Research | Houston
Lisa joined Colliers in 2010 as Director of Market Research bringing 26 years of commercial real estate experience to the firm. Lisa initiates proactive market research projects to further the business goals of the company. She writes and prepares 29 market reports annually which include quarterly reports on Houston’s retail, office, industrial and healthcare properties. Further, she prepares statistical ownership reports for various clients as well as an annual Houston Economic Overview. Lisa also creates PowerPoint market presentations, trade journal articles, and other marketing materials in support of the company's business endeavors. She works with senior management in planning the company's marketing strategy and public relations support for local and national conferences, luncheon meetings, recruitment programs, and special events. Lisa works closely with the company's brokers to develop effective custom market research material specific to both existing and potential clients.
Lisa serves on the Colliers International Editorial Board, the Colliers International U.S. Research Council, is a Colliers Center of Excellence team member and is a recipient of the Colliers International Researcher of the Year Award.

Bringing 31 years of experience in commercial real estate, Marilynne joined Colliers in 2018 to provide financial analysis to the company’s leasing and investment sales teams for all types of assets.
