Bill has consistently been a top-producing broker during his career. He was named #1 Colliers Puget Sound Top Producer for 2012. Previously, he was recognized as National Rookie of the Year at Colliers, and was among the top producers in the Pacific Northwest for seven consecutive years. Additionally, he was awarded with Colliers’ International Award of Excellence in 2005, and named a Top Industrial Broker on the exclusive CoStar Group Power Brokers list six times. Bill has also been named to the National Real Estate Forum’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2010 and 2011, and the PSBJ’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2011.

Matt’s primary expertise has been focused on transaction management, and he is highly instrumental in formulating and implementing real estate strategies that focus on not only cost initiatives, but also effective portfolio management strategies that drive success. In addition, Matt has directly managed strategic site selection, state and local incentives negotiations, detailed best-in-class financial analyses and Foreign Trade Zone initiatives.
